My Hommus Recipe

When you are in the mood for a healthy snack, you can't go past some carrot sticks and Hommus. 

Here is my recipe as shown on my IGTV.


x2 400g cans of chickpeas

x2 large tablespoons of Tahini

x2 garlic cloves crushed

The juice of two lemons

1/3 tsp of paprika 

1/3 tsp of cumin

A few lugs of olive oil

Salt and pepper


Combine the ingredients in the food processor and mix. 

If you need to add more olive oil feel free to do so and adjust the paprika and cumin to taste. 

Once mixed check the seasoning and make any adjustments. 


Scoop into an airtight container and store in the fridge!
