There is nothing better than a homemade sausage roll and they are surprisingly easy! We like making ours long and then chopping them up once cooked into more bite size or two bite size mini rolls.
Perfect when dipped in Beerenberg Tomato Sauce and they reheat really well in the oven the next day.
We didn't make our own puff pastry, good quality puff pastry is available in the supermarket now days and not only does it save time, but tastes just as good!
